"I had been dealing with annoying back pain for months. I tried various treatments, including seeing a chiropractor, but nothing really made a difference. Then a friend recommended Jay, and I’m so glad I went! Jay quickly pinpointed the issue and took time to thoroughly explain everything. He also warned me about feel sore afterward due to the deep muscle work and he was right. But even with the soreness, I felt way better later that same night. I only wish I had seen him sooner. "After I tore my ACL a year and a half ago, I went to a local PT clinic for a few sessions, but discontinued their service shortly thereafter. Their setup made me feel like just a number on a conveyor belt of patients. I barely met with the head therapist and was shuffled from one junior therapist to another. Five months ago, I remembered seeing the Kenetic PT storefront during a shopping run to Hmart Great Neck. It had recently opened so I made an appointment to meet with Jay in person. I found him to be straight-forward, accommodating, plus he explained that he was the only therapist working there. He said he strived to never have more than 2 patients scheduled within an hour. That sounded great to me! I had surgery a few weeks afterwards, and eventually started visiting Kenetic twice a week. With each half hour session, Jay has remained attentive and concerned. Moreover, he's very personable, easy-going, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He takes his time to explain what is going on with my knee and answers all my questions with compassion. Additionally, I was impressed to see that many of his long-time clients prior to his store opening remained faithful to Jay. That spoke volumes to me. Occasionally, I would witness him treating another patient, and he would consistently offer them the same compassion and attentiveness that I had received from him. I'm down to one visit a week now and my knee is about 90% healed up. Jay, as well as his assistant, has definitely played a crucial role in the healing process and I'm very grateful to have found him. I'm recommending Kenetic to everyone I know!"

"As a full time mom, I sprained my lower back months ago and was never able to let it fully heal and it only got worse leading to spontaneous painful spasms. Jieke was able to provide PT at the convenience of my own home and I felt significant improvement after one session (I was able to do my daily activities again without any issues- no more spasms, just soreness). By the second session, I fully recovered. He was patient, knowledgeable and explained the exercises to make perform at home thoroughly. He was also able to help me fully recover after having post partum carpel tunnel and my father who had back issues. Highly recommend him as a PT."

"Dr Ke is amazing. I’ve been a long time patient with him. I play sports quite frequently and not surprisingly, I do tend to get some injuries. Two of which, were both my ankles on two separate occasions. Dr Ke was able to provide detailed instructions on how to treat and rehab to get me on my feet again. The first injury was pretty bad and after it healed, Dr Ke helped provide rehab to me on my injury and got me on my feet quicker. I went to him 3/week to help rehab my ankle. The second injury was not as bad, I just rolled my ankle but after it healed I was still having trouble moving. I went to Dr Ke and he was able to identify the issue just after looking it and doing a few movements. He then provided rehab on my ankle and I was able to get moving like back to normal shortly after. Then he provided instructions on what maintenance I needed to do to ensure it healed accordingly. I definitely highly suggest going here if you want an accurate and great experience with a mature and empathetic PT. He has done so much to help me and he will do the same for you."

"I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt that this experience had to be shared for those who might have went through a painful injury like me. I had recently went through a really painful back injury for the very first time. I fell directly on my lower back off of a 7-foot drop. The pain had gotten gradually more painful each day to the point where I had to bear the pain for 20 minutes just to roll off my bed. I told my situation to my friend who recovered from a similar injury and he eventually referred me to see Dr. Jay Ke. Jay was able to gauge my pain and pinpoint my injury right away. He was patient to explain to me what the severity of my injuries were and guided me through each treatment process. I went through multiple exercises, stretches, and a total of 4 sessions throughout 3 weeks. After each session, I noticed my range of motion had improved and my lower back pain less severe. After less than 2 months since my injury, I was confident to go back to the gym again. I highly recommend anyone who went through something similar like me to visit Dr. Jay Ke because I'm sure if I did not go through the sessions with him, I would not have recovered as fast and probably would be experiencing some sort of chronic issues!"
